Tan Bag's - My Top Picks

Walking around the shop's it's very obvious at what the most fashionable colour of bag's is - Tan! So with that in mind, I'm going to explore the high Street and give you my top pick's.

IMPORTANT : It's very important though that you avoid where ever possible Primark's signature tan colour that's creeping up here and there, it just looks cheap and tacky. Boohoo.com is a cheap alternative.

My high Street Pick: Topshop! :

This bag isn't strictly tan, but its too beautiful not to include, and with the fur fashion being as big as it is this season -it's a must have!

Faux Fur Slouch Bag, £65

Satchels are another big trend in bags at the moment and this tan satchel from topshop is a great size and the worn effect adds to it's appeal.

Leather buckle satchel, £50

Drawstring bags are another big pick this season and I think
this is a great shade of brown, it's not a creamy as some of the other shades of tan on the market at the moment.

Tie Front Bag, £38

Everyone needs a big bag in their collection and this bag is it. With multiple handles for handbag or over the shoulder its a must.

Washed Leather Shoulder Bag, £70

Tights - An Endless Money Pit? Henry Holland May Have The Solution...

My favourite item of clothing at the moment are tights. I think they look great with a floaty chiffon dress which I need to get wear out of before the even colder weather crawls in and I'm forced out of them for the sake of hypothermia. After having being sorely disappointed with my picks from the high street and when I say high street Im talking about H&M and New Look which were both tragic failures in which I wore them once before they ripped or laddered. So then I thought who would make decent fashionable tights that wouldn't rip on impact? Henry Holland - who else? Here's some of my favourites but starting price £12 a per, they aren't cheap but I would see them as an investment considering the amount of £4 pairs I have gone through.

What you will be wearing next season...

Fashion weeks are over and the trend reports are here. So what will we see next year?

1) THE DECADE - Everyone knows that fashion is recycled and it appears that the 70s are making a comeback next season. "Specifically fashions between 1973-1974" according to Harriet Quick.

2) THE COLOUR'S - Tangerine, Brights, Whites and Neons. Every collection had white and Christopher Kane bought a whole new meaning to the colour palette of neon.

3) THE FABRIC'S - Cotton. YSL couldn't get enough of it.

4) SKIRT LENGTH - It's been hiked up to mid calf next season, make sure you get those tough shaving spots around the ankle...

5) TROUSERS - Long and Lean but not spray on.

6) SILHOUETTE - Boyish rebels meet chiffon clad girls donning pussy bow blouses. Tunics over skirts seem to be pretty popular as well so that means we don't have to suck it in for body-cons, we can breathe.

So there we have it. Seems like a pretty fresh spring/summer again
with a return of bright neons but featuring on ditsy chiffon. Should be interesting to
see the high streets take on some of these shows. Especially Christopher Kane
